We offer complete installation services, whether it’s a standard install or completely custom, Pennwood can handle it. We can help from first sketch to the final coat of paint and everything in between. But our relationship still doesn’t end there. While we make every effort to provide our customers with the most reliable products, eventually every unit is going to require some type of service. Whether it’s just an annual cleaning or a part wears out, we have a full time service department to take care of your needs. Pennwood also has a chimney sweep division called Sootslayer Chimney Sweeps. Their CSIA certified sweeps can inspect, clean, and repair your fireplace and flue. Every cleaning and inspection includes a video scan of the flue.
