Light My Fire is a family-owned and operated business, established in 2004 by John Susnosky, a seasoned professional in the hearth industry. Before founding Light My Fire, John ran Absolute Gas Service Inc. (since 2000), specializing in fireplace and barbecue grill installations. His deep hands-on experience laid the groundwork for a full-service retail and installation business.

One of John’s proudest achievements? Playing a key role in the fight to license the hearth industry in New Jersey. As the owner, John is still on the road performing installations—ensuring every job is done right, safely, and to manufacturer specs.

Light My Fire will install and service every product we sell. We work closely with contractors and electricians to ensure all aspects of the fireplace installation is done according to the installation requirements. We offer full gas line installation for gas logs, fireplaces, and inserts. We offer a wide variety of mantel and marble surrounds as well as real-stone-systems. The best part of all is having the owner on site doing the installations to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.

Light My Fire is also one of the only stores in the area offering natural gas grill installations. We offer but not limited to MHP, FireMagic, and AOG grills.
