Atlantic Stove & Chimney was built by two people who came to the hearth industry from different directions but arrived at the same place: a genuine passion for doing this work right. Trevor Sleight has spent 15 years serving the local hearth industry. He brings an impressive depth of technical credentialing, he's a licensed gas technician, an EPA-certified heat pump installer, a National Fireplace Institute (NFI) certified Master Hearth Professional, and one of only a relatively small number of NFI-certified Instructors in the country, meaning he's qualified not just to do the work but to teach others how to do it safely. Sandy Pottle came up through the building trades as a native of downeast Maine, and over the past 11 years has immersed himself in every facet of the hearth world, from installation and service to hearth design and sales. Together, they founded Atlantic Stove & Chimney to bring a full-service, deeply honest approach to mid-coast Maine, serving central, coastal, and downeast Maine with what they call traditional Maine values: hard work and honesty.
