Company History

Masonry runs four generations deep in Anthony Valerio's family, so when he launched Four Winds Chimney in 2018, he set out to build "a company I could be proud of, one that provides the best service, supports our community." The Greater Rochester crew has grown into a big, tight-knit team of sweeps, masons, and apprentices, and in October 2025 the Finger Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce cut the ribbon on their new Victor headquarters, more than three times the size of their old home. They're also proud members of the National Chimney Sweep Guild.

Facilities & Showroom

Nineteen fully functional fireplaces, gas, wood, and electric, are set up side by side, so you can watch the flame, feel the heat, and compare styles in person instead of guessing from a catalog. Browse gas and electric inserts, wood-burning units, wood stoves, and gas log sets with someone who'll talk through what fits your home, lifestyle, and budget. The space doubles as a training facility for the crew and other industry pros, which says plenty about the know-how in the room.

Product Summary

Four Winds keeps its lineup focused on names it trusts, like Valor, known for radiant heat that warms the room you're actually sitting in, and Regency, with more than 40 years of engineering across fuel types. You can compare gas inserts, electric inserts, wood-burning fireplaces, wood stoves, and gas log sets, often burning right in front of you. Best of all, the same crew that sells it is the crew that installs, services, and sweeps it, so your fireplace comes with people who understand the whole system, from the hearth to the top of the chimney.
