Company History

Friendly Fires opened its doors in 1993, and the Kingston showroom has been serving Limestone City homeowners for more than twenty years since, growing alongside four sister locations across Eastern Ontario into one of the country's largest independent fireplace and barbecue retailers. What hasn't changed is the shop-floor culture: a sales team with a combined century of experience, backed by more than ten licensed "G" gas fitters and ten WETT-certified technicians who handle installs and annual maintenance in-house.

Facilities & Showroom

The Kingston showroom at 271 Dalton Avenue is built around a full line of outdoor products. BBQs, smokers, and outdoor fireplaces share the space with working displays of the wood, gas, pellet, and electric hearths the store is known for. You can see finishes and flame patterns in person before committing. Can't make it in? Friendly Fires put together a virtual tour and photo gallery of the space online, a nice option for anyone doing early-stage browsing from a cottage two hours away.
