Rick Lapp has worked in the Fireplace Industry since 2000, starting with installation and service, then general manager of a retail hearth shop on the East Coast. He has served on the Board of Directors for the Mid-Atlantic Hearth Patio & BBQ association since 2013, and currently serves on the National Board.
