About this recipe
Crispy oven-baked chicken drumsticks tossed in a rich, buttery Frank’s RedHot buffalo sauce. Simple to make, perfectly spicy, and finished hot and saucy for an irresistible crowd-pleasing bite.
Ingredients
- 2 lb chicken drumsticks
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup Frank’s RedHot Original
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic powder (optional)
Buffalo sauce
- Melt the butter on low heat.
- Add Frank’s sauce.
- Stir until smooth.
- Keep warm.
Drumsticks
- Heat oven to 425°F.
- Pat drumsticks dry.
- Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder if using.
- Place on a lined baking sheet with space between each piece.
- Bake 40 to 45 minutes.
- Turn once halfway.
- Cook until skin is crisp and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Finish
- Transfer hot drumsticks to a bowl.
- Pour warm buffalo sauce over them.
- Toss until fully coated.
